Union Machines is a well-established manufacturer of flax harvesting machinery, with over 75 years of experience the company has grown into a key player in its sector. Their new offices in Wielsbeke were fitted with our Soft Tess woven vinyl flooring, perfectly complementing the sleek, modern design.
Designed by Cameleon Architects, the office combines modern simplicity with a calm, inviting atmosphere. White walls, black accents, and carefully placed wooden elements create a balanced and refined workspace.
Maintenance-friendly flooring for everyday efficiency
The flooring in Union Machines' offices needed to withstand intensive use while being easy to maintain. Soft Tess was designed to meet these demands. Its reinforced wear layer offers exceptional durability, while the woven structure resists stains and fraying, making it ideal for busy office spaces.

In a workspace where both open and private areas coexist, managing noise is crucial. Thanks to the innovative Greenfelt acoustic backing, made from 90% recycled PET, Soft Tess reduces impact noise by 22dB. This improves sound control throughout the office, ensuring employees can work without distractions, whether they’re collaborating or focusing on individual tasks.
