Sustainability is embedded in how we develop products, work with our people and collaborate with partners.
To structure and evaluate these efforts, ntgrate participated in the Voka Charter Sustainable Entrepreneurship (VCDO), a programme that supports companies in working towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In 2026, ntgrate was recognised as a laureate of the Voka Charter Sustainable Entrepreneurship after completing and reporting on a series of actions linked to specific SDGs.
The programme offered an external framework to assess our progress, challenge our approach and identify areas for improvement.

SDG 4 | Quality Education
People are central to the future of our company.
During the VCDO programme, we further developed a training and competency matrix within our production team. This allows us to map skills, support individual development and increase flexibility across roles.
We continue to invest in training and knowledge sharing to strengthen both personal growth and the resilience of our organisation.
SDG 8 | Decent Work and Economic Growth
A healthy and supportive workplace is essential for long-term performance.
Within the VCDO framework, we worked on employee development, reintegration procedures and talent management. These initiatives help us improve how we support employees throughout their careers and create opportunities for growth within the organisation.
SDG 11 | Sustainable Cities and Communities
The built environment influences how people live, work and interact over time.
We contribute through the development of durable flooring solutions with acoustic benefits, recycled content and a focus on reuse. These products are used in offices, public buildings, hospitality projects and other shared spaces.
SDG 12 | Responsible Consumption and Production
Material use remains a key focus area. Actions include:
- increasing recycled content in our products
- reducing dependence on virgin fossil-based materials
- reducing production waste
- calculating product carbon footprints
- developing Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
- exploring reuse and take-back solutions through our REntgrate approach
These actions help us better understand and reduce the environmental impact of our products throughout their lifecycle.
SDG 16 | Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
Clear governance supports consistent decision-making.
As part of the VCDO programme, ntgrate introduced formal codes of conduct for both employees and suppliers. These documents define expectations, responsibilities and the principles that guide our relationships across the value chain.

Collaboration plays an important role in achieving progress.
Throughout the VCDO journey, we worked with suppliers, industry organisations, sustainability experts and external stakeholders to collect environmental data, improve transparency and strengthen our sustainability approach.
The Voka Charter Sustainable Entrepreneurship encourages companies to exchange knowledge and learn from each other while working towards shared objectives.
