Bergmann & Franz is a well-established supplier of construction and sanitary materials, with over 150 years of experience. Founded during Berlin’s building boom, they have grown into a major player in Berlin and Brandenburg. Their new offices in Marzahn were fitted with our high-end acoustic woven vinyl flooring, perfectly complementing the modern, light-filled design.
The new office of Bergmann & Franz was designed by Aalt+studio architecture with a focus on functionality and a contemporary, welcoming atmosphere. The light-filled spaces, highlighted by sleek black accents, encourage both focus and collaboration.
696 m² of Sage David woven vinyl tiles were chosen for their seamless combination of sustainability, acoustics, and design.
The performance of the floor also speaks for itself. Designed for heavy use, the woven vinyl structure resists wear and stains while remaining easy to maintain.

The Sage David tiles, with their marble-inspired pattern, subtly elevates the clean and modern office design. Their neutral tones harmonize with the black accents, enhancing the balanced and calm atmosphere.
Quiet focus
The offices of Bergmann & Franz combine open and closed spaces, with glass walls that create a spacious and transparent feel. While this gives the office plenty of room to breathe, good acoustics are still important.
The Greenfelt backing reduces impact noise by up to 19dB, ensuring a calm, comfortable workspace that supports both focused work and team discussions.
