For their new office in Amsterdam, the listed company CM.com from Breda chose the pavilion of the redeveloped office building Rembrandt Park One. The new location spans almost 2,000 square metres and serves as an easily accessible hub for employees and partners. The defining characteristic of the new office is its light and open atmosphere, surrounded by greenery.

GREEN SURROUNDINGS
Rembrandt Park One overlooks Rembrandt Park, the second largest city park in Amsterdam. Thanks to this unique location, it has an almost non-Dutch look and feel. This green character is extended into the building itself, which holds a BREEAM Excellent certification. With its extensive glazing and large windows, employees experience the feeling of actually being in the park. The light and open interior further enhances this outdoor experience.

WARMTH AND TEXTURE
To offset the hardness of all that glass, interior architect Puur Sang found it important to bring texture into the interior. Wavy panels were used on the walls and woven vinyl was chosen as the flooring finish. This makes the space feel softer instantly. The goal was a floor as light as possible, yet with more nuance and depth than conventional solutions. The ntgrate design “Fair Naomi” matched that wish perfectly. Its soft, light tone provides a neutral look, while the subtly woven vinyl pattern and red thread add warmth and contrast.
